TERMS OF USE

These terms are the agreement between you and RIVL ("we", "us") for using rivlpoker.com. By playing or creating an account you accept them and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use RIVL.
1. Who can play
You must be 18 or older, and old enough under the laws where you live to play simulated casino games. One account per person.
2. Play money only
- RIVL is a free game for entertainment and practice. There is no real-money gambling.
- Chips, coins, ratings, leagues and rankings have no cash or monetary value. They cannot be bought, sold, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, prizes or anything of value, on RIVL or anywhere else.
- Buying, selling or trading RIVL accounts or chips is not allowed.
- Winning at RIVL does not mean you will win at real-money poker.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in code private. Anyone with it can use your account, and we cannot recover an account whose code is lost unless it is linked to Google sign-in. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat. That includes colluding or sharing cards with other players, using bots, solvers or other outside help during Ranked matches, running more than one account, deliberately losing to another account, and exploiting bugs. Please report bugs through Support instead.
5. Chat, names and photos
Table names, chat and profile photos are seen by other players. Do not post anything that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, illegal, spam or advertising, that shares someone's private information, or that impersonates someone else. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use. You keep ownership of what you post and give RIVL permission to store and display it to other players to run the game.
Report a player photo with the REPORT PHOTO button on their seat at the table. To report chat or a player's name, email support@rivlpoker.com with the room code, the player's table name and roughly when it happened.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, hide photos, reset ratings or match results, and suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. If you think we got it wrong, email us and a person will look again.
7. Copyright
If something on RIVL infringes your copyright, email support@rivlpoker.com with the content, where it appears and proof that you own the rights, and we will remove it if the claim is valid.
8. The service
RIVL is offered free of charge and "as is". We may change features, reset Ranked seasons, limit daily online play to stay within capacity, or pause the service. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost play-money chips, ratings or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
9. Ending your account
You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@rivlpoker.com.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and point out material changes on the site. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
